I founded Recruitmore in March 2015.

Since then I've been speaking to sales people all day, every day. I've managed to stay so positive because I practice Recruitment without the BS.

Recruitment without the BS to me means I never leave someone hanging, client or candidate, I deliver feedback quickly and directly- both good news and bad news. As a recruiter I treat people with the respect I would like to be treated with.

I have over 10 years of experience in sales, sales management and recruitment in the Sydney market. I’ve always been excited by getting new clients on board and talking to good sales people. Personally, I recruit technology sales people, as well as sales managers and directors.
