As an inbound sales consultant your primary focus will be to answer INBOUND calls from customers and brokers enquiring about the organisations travel insurance products and services. As the first point of contact you will represent their hugely reputable brand in a professional and in manner that builds instant rapport. You will understand the needs of customers and select a product that will suit their needs and offer detailed product knowledge.

- 6 months - 1 years previous experience in a similar phone-based sales or customer service role.
- Travel insurance experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
- Fluent and articulate English communication skills
- Upbeat and enthusiastic approach
- Must have full working rights in Australia (Permanent Resident or Citizzen)
