Due to recent expansion of their contact centre team, this growing Aussie Travel insurance provider are looking to add a strong leader of people to assist in growing a great team culture as well as helping the sales and service team improve on their current results.
As a business, the company prides itself on providing customers all over Australia with a range of travel insurance products to suit their needs and offer excellent support when it is required 7 days a week.
The Role
As a Sales & Service team leader, the core purposes of your role are to provide support for your team and bring out the best in them. You will encourage the achievement of specific KPI's and assist with sales conversions when needed. Equally as important, you will create a team environment where people are happy to put in their best efforts each and every day.

About You
- 2 years previous phone based sales (closing) experience.
- Experience leading a team of 5 + Sales reps
- Have the drive and enthusiasm to work in a very fast paced environment.
- Fluent and articulate English communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia (Permanent Resident or Citizen)
