This Global Non-Profit organisation have created a brand new role to help their team of support co-ordinators in their Australian office. The business prides itself on working successfully with governments, businesses, communities and individuals to address a range of issues that they look after.
The Role
As a Senior Support Co-Ordinator, the core purposes of your role are to follow up with existing supporters who are looking to reduce or cancel their pledges. You will use your excellent customer service skills to uncover the reasons behind their decision and discuss how they can continue to help, whilst themselves being comfortable. Additionally you will work with your management team to help create alternative templates and methods to retain support of donors and be the person the rest of the team look up to.

About You
- 1 years previous b2b/b2c sales experience.
- Have first class English communication skills.
- Have a positive and resilient mind set.
- Full working rights in Australia (Permanent Resident or Citizen)
