Let me tell you a bit about the role…
We are looking for a Sales Manager to move them firmly into the ‘scale’ phase.
This is a high energy role that requires experience in managing and coaching multiple teams and sales functions (AE team of 4 and growing, plus a team of 3 SDRs – growing too), high levels of interpersonal skills, a strong sense of commercial delivery and an ability to set a fast pace and rhythm for the team.
You are responsible for the delivery of their Sales strategy in Australia, including forecasting, execution, and reporting progress directly back to the Country manager and global stakeholders.
In addition, You will be instrumental in driving the sales growth across your teams Mid-Market and Corporate sales efforts, from lead generation through negotiation to closing the sale.
You will report to and work closely with the Country Manager and head up the sales operation at in Australia, with a view to expanding into APAC.
The team is fairly new to the business and needs a dynamic leader who can inspire and drive the team to come together.
Will you be a good fit for the role?
We need you to display the following:
- Demonstrated experience of managing and leading SDR and AE sales teams to achieve results in line with strategy
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to model, coach, motivate and inspire those that you manage. Need to be comfortable in a player/coach role
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to drive improvement across the sales team and process
- Strength in problem solving, time management and ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment with attention to detail at high quality
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally to deliver positive results for the business.
Why should you join them?
They will offer a salary up to and ideally $160,000.00 base plus Super with the opportunity to earn an additional $65,000.00 in comms in your first year / $225,000.00 OTE.
This is a Sydney based hybrid working role so you will have the flexibility to work from both home and office.
