Using their own advanced technology and algorithms, their goals are to efficiently accept and approve applications in an efficient manner and change the face of how Australian businesses borrow money in a more affordable manner.
As a Sales team leader, the core purposes of your role are to provide support for your team and bring out the best in them. You will encourage the achievement of specific KPI's and assist with sales conversions when needed. Equally as important, you will create a team environment where people are happy to put in their best efforts each and every day.

- 2 years previous B2B / sales (closing) experience.
- Experience leading a team of 5 + Sales reps
- Have the drive and enthusiasm to work in a very fast paced environment.
- Fluent and articulate English communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia (Permanent Resident or Citizen)
