They are a growing global Martech provider that creates smart and simple marketing technology products for their eCommerce clients. They have been around since 2013, have raised $15M+ through Seed, Series A and Series B funding rounds and their technology is instrumental in helping eCommerce businesses predict customer behaviour so they can optimise customer experience and provide hyper—personalisation experiences to the likes of you and I.

They have 3 regions (NA, EMEA and APAC) that are all equally important to the company. APAC currently represents 1/3 of the company revenue. Their aim is to dominate the AU and NZ markets and further scale into the Southeast Asian markets. Their renewal rate was 92% last year, which means they have a very strong offering. Retention is expected to improve given their continuing new products and platform advancements and they currently boast a very impressive APAC client list: Adidas, Qantas, Bing Lee, David Jones, L'Oréal, Bondi Sands, The North Face, Clarins, The Good Guys, Asics, New Balance, Crocs... and many smaller and more medium sized eCommerce brands.

Their Australia office is growing. 2022 is a big growth year. Could you be their next hire?

What are they looking for...

Right now, with big growth happening in the eCommerce market they are looking to expand their Sydney team to accommodate a rapidly growing customer base. They are on the lookout for two Client Services Managers, and you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of 10-15 accounts across their Australia and APAC client base. Working with eCommerce Managers and their teams this role will see you work as an extension of their business allowing you to dig deep into the weeds on your accounts developing strategies and ensuring successful implementation and results. You will Work closely with the CSMs and Director of Client Services and other supporting departments to manage the renewal process as well as identifying growth opportunities within your portfolio. Their Client Services team can physically cover the entire Asia region with market expertise (not just limited to AU or NZ).

Who may be a good fit?

This role will suit digital marketers and media specialists. You make it your ambition and objective to always provide and deliver ultra-service to your customer base and ideally you will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and marketing technologies. eCommerce personalisation is at the heart of what they do so if this is an interest area for you then we’d like to hear from you. You will have a minimum of 2 + years’ experience in client services with a passion for helping your clients navigate new technologies and groundbreaking marketing solutions that deliver results.

This is a Sydney based hybrid working role so you will have the flexibility to work from both home.
