The Role:
We are looking for a true relationship builder to join our client with an experienced network. You will have a portfolio of clients in conjunction with a small team of Account Managers (which will grow under your watch) to help provide the clientele with valuable insights around their business safety & reporting practices.
Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategy & targets for the team
- Manage an ambitious team of Account managers
- Work with the management team to drive strategy
- Implement process improvements
- Partner with business and new stakeholders within the industry ecosystem
You:
- Have managed a sales team in the past (ideally Startup)
- Working a SaaS sales cycle
- Are passionate about managing people & leadership
- You want to make a DIFFERENCE!
- 3+ years of SaaS selling
- Creative thinker
