This growing International HR tech provider are expanding their team of sales development representatives. The company prides itself on providing businesses with the tools to reward and recognise their employees efforts and ultimately improving employee experience and engagement.
The Role
As a B2B sales development representative your primary focus will be to make calls to prospective clients regarding the organisations specialist reward and benefits software. You will make a high volume of calls to educate clients about these services and the benefits their business will reap. Ultimately you will be discovering sales opportunities and setting up web demonstrations for your partnered Account Executives. You will be an expert in your field and be able to answer any questions your customers may have about your services.

Salary on offer: $72k base + Super + Bonuses (Realistic year 1 OTE $100K+)
About You
- At least 1+ years previous sales experience in a similar phone-based role.
- Have the ability and want to develop new business opportunities
- Fluent and articulate English communication skills
- Upbeat and enthusiastic approach
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
