This growing Australian HR tech provider are expanding their team of sales development representatives. The company prides itself on providing SMB's with the tools and knowledge to manage their HR, payroll, engagement and employee benefits in order to improve their employee experience.
As a B2B sales development representative your primary focus will be to make calls to prospective clients regarding the organisations specialist HR technology. You will make a high volume of calls to educate clients about these services and the benefits their business will reap. Ultimately you will be discovering sales opportunities and setting up web demonstrations for your partnered Account Executives. You will be an expert in your field and be able to answer any questions your customers may have about your services.

Salary on offer: $65k base + Super + Bonuses (Realistic year 1 OTE $110K+)
- At least 1+ years previous sales experience in a similar phone-based sales role.
- Hunger to develop new business opportunities
- Fluent and articulate English communication skills
- Upbeat and enthusiastic approach
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
