The Role
As a B2B sales representative your primary focus will be to make Outbound calls to prospective clients regarding the organisations employee engagement platform. You will make a high volume of calls to educate clients about these services and the benefits their business will reap. Ultimately you will be discovering your own sales opportunities and setting up web demonstrations for Account Executives to close. You will be an expert in your field and be able to answer any questions your customers may have about your services.

Salary on offer: Up to $65k base + super + bonuses (Realistic year 1 OTE $ $80k-100k)
About You
- At least 1+ years previous phone based b2b sales experience
- Hunger to develop new business opportunities
- Fluent and articulate English communication skills with an ability to speak with key decision makers
- Upbeat and enthusiastic approach
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
