What are they looking for...

Right now Cube are looking to expand their sales team with SDR's who are looking to make the step up to AE where they can be closing deals and leading a full sales cycle. Cube realise that larger organisations tend to have a hard ceiling to break through for that particular progression, whether it be internally or externally. Cube have a fantastic training program that makes that step up seamless. 

Who may be a good fit?

This role will suit SDR candidates who may be fed up of the lack of progression opportunities in their current role and want to become a closer. You my have 12-18 months experience as an SDR and now you feel the time is right to step it up a notch.

However, their bonus structure is unique in the sense it rewards longevity as well as short term results. Additionally to monthly commissions, Cube AE's are rewarded by having long term customers. Once a customer has been signed up for 12 months you are rewarded in downstream payments each and every month they continue to be a customer. This alone can add another $30k in bonuses. 

Realistic OTE's:
Year 1- $120k +
Year 2 - $150k + 
Year 3 -$180k +
