What are they looking for...?

Right now, with international expansion happening they need an experienced & driven SaaS sales Manager that can help take their sales team to the next level. 

You will be working hand in hand in with both their Sales Director & CEO along with mentoring existing managers, team leaders & reps, whilst managing a team of Account Executives and SDRs. The team is currently 5, with the plan to grow to 10 (at least) by the end of 2022.

Who may be a good fit?

The role has been broken into 4 parts – best suited to a hands-on Sales Manager. Sales management, sales coaching, leadership mentoring and sales strategy.

This role will suit someone with 5+ years previous sales management experience - SaaS required. You have a hands-on approach to sales leadership with a background and proven track record working in a high-volume sales environment & driving performance in an outbound SMB software sales team. You are highly self-motivated, you know how to get the best out of a team, work closely with individuals both when they are hitting targets, but also when they need more support.
