Our client is looking for a Hospitality POS technician to come on board and help with the implementation of these solutions directly with the clients. The role is client focused working alongside the internal technical team.
- Configuration of software
- Conduct Client Training
- Pre-staging and Installation of software
- Provide technical support
- Participate in team meetings
- Some travel required
- Hospitality background ideal
- Excited about the role of technology in the hospitality industry
- Technical competency and trouble shooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible, organised and capable of working with minimal direction
