An established direct sales organisation based on the Gold Coast, with clients spanning the not for profit sector and commercial entities. This business has been operating across Australia and New Zealand for over 15 years, providing face to face sales solutions for a number of well known businesses in that time.
As the Sales & Marketing Manager, the core purpose of your role is to further our client's business growth by working with both franchisee and affilliated direct sales organisations. You will also be responsible for growing client relationships and developing new business on behalf of the organisation. Further to this, you will also take responsibility for some back office duties, including operations and verification of sales.

- 6-10 years previous direct sales management experience, ideally in the NFP space
- Ability to think strategically, with an exceptional attention to detail
- Have knowledge of the AU/NZ market and client opportunities available
- Fluent and articulate English communication skills- both written and verbal
