They are looking for a Junior BDM
  
This role will have 2 key functions:

  • Supporting the existing BDMs by booking meetings with businesses that have revenue over $50m
  • Explore, discover and recommend what best practice for a Junior BDM function in this industry looks like  
This isn't your typical sales role and you will not be expecting to making a crazy amount of calls per day! This is more of a varied and strategic role with exposure to different parts of the business. 

The salary is very competitive- $70k- $80k base, + super, + commissions.
  
Realistic OTE - $100/$100k
  
You will need to have:
  • B2B sales experience- saas SDR experience is desirable but not essential, as is an understanding of the logistics space
  • An ability to view problems as opportunities
  • Tenacity
  • An understanding of how sales processes work
  • The adaptability to work in a start up environment where things change quickly!
