Let’s talk about the body first…
Perkbox is an employee engagement SaaS platform. Established in the UK in 2016, they have raised $30m and employ around 200 people globally.
Their mission is to help employees live better, in life and at work. Their platform solves HR problems for multi-country businesses that employ 250-2,500 people.
And they’re growing! Significant investment in the APAC region means they are hiring for numerous SDRs and AEs in the next 12 months, roughly looking to double the size of the sales team.
And the Head?
This Head needs to run a body with three arms (metaphor)- an SDR arm, a Mid Market AE arm, and a Corporate AE arm.
This Head needs to have demonstrated an ability to lead competitive teams who can still operate in a collaborative fashion.
This Head needs to be the type who leads the body into action, rather than simply use that big brain of yours.
This Head needs to be comfortable with responsibility for a revenue number in the millions, hiring top performers and operating in a scale up- where you’ve got to keep your head on a swivel.
