This Global Energy organisation is growing at an outstanding rate. Currently with 45 people in the Australian business, they launched at the start of 2020. A significant part of this growth will come in their Customer Service team- they know that they need great people to keep their customers happy!
The Customer Service Consultant will be responsible for dealing with inbound enquiries related to electricity and energy bills. Working across 70% web/email and 30% phone, you will be across all areas of the business, meaning that when a customer calls or emails in, YOU will be the person who can answer their query. This one stop approach is designed to ensure customers can have any issues handled in a professional and efficient manner.

Due to the growth there is a focus on hiring people who are capable of rapid development. The full time permanent role offers a base salary of up to $59k + super.
