With the sales team doubling, they’ll be having an influx of new customers… which is where you come in.
Customer Success Team Lead
Can you be a player coach?
This position will require you to lead and guide a team of 3 Customer Success Managers and personally look after a small portfolio of 10-15 high value clients.
For some context, a full time CSM would look after 60-75 clients at any one time. Managing your own small portfolio will enable you to learn the product and market quickly, and lead by example with best practice and results.
Your team will be targeted on both net dollar retention and customer NPS. It’s your job to ensure your team is supported to deliver on these targets!
So what have you done to this point?
Well, customer success team lead experience in a Saas company would be ideal- especially if you’ve worked with customers with an ACV of between $20k-$60k.
You may be an experienced CSM looking to step up into a leadership role.
You could be an AM Team Lead with experience in a Saas environment.
