This business is defining a new category as they go- helping enterprise level organisations achieve regulatory and brand compliance. Sound exciting? The big 4 consulting firms certainly think so, as do the companies' 250+ employees around the globe, and as do the investors who have backed this business to the tune of over $60m USD.
Here in Sydney they have recently opened up and they are growing across several departments immediately.
The Role
As an Enterprise AE, you'll be targeting businesses that employ over 1000 people. You'll be working on a sales cycle that takes 3-6 months, with an average deal size of about $50k. You'll typically manage 6-8 stakeholders throughout the buying process and you'll need to demonstrate great relationship building skills and ultimately get key decision makers to see your point.
You will have meetings booked for you by a growing SDR team. However, the Sales Director that you'll be reporting into also really wants the sort of person who is still happy to do their own targeted prospecting should the need arise.
This role would be open to someone with mid-market SaaS AE experience who wants to break into the Enterprise space. You'll need to be a team player, a problem solver not announcer, and capable of learning quickly.

Offices are Sydney CBD based, and they provide catered lunches each day as well as premium healthcare. You'll be expected to be in the office on Tuesday for team meetings, and outside of that it's up to you. Delivery focused! Most people are in the office 3-5 days per week currently.
The salary is between $100k- $130k + super + commissions. OTE is between $165k-$210k and commissions are uncapped.
About You
  • 3-5 years previous sales experience, ideally in SaaS or selling to CIOs/CMOs
  • You are hungry for continued sales success
  • You are not too cool to pick up the phone if your SDRs aren't delivering
  • Upbeat and enthusiastic approach 
  • Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
