Due to the nature of them growing really quickly on the customer side, they need a phone based customer support/success person to help new and existing customers get the most out of the service, and continue using it as often as possible. You will be speaking with pubs, bars, bottle shops and other licensed premises working with them and getting setting them up for success.
With it being a start up environment you will get an amazing opportunity to get exposure to all other parts of the business and learn how it works from the ground up.
This role will suit someone that is looking to take the next step in their career perhaps moving away from a traditional hospitality role and using the knowledge gained to put into a different environment.

Up to $65,000.00 + Super (dependant upon experience)
- 2 + years hospitality experience
- Ideally had exposure to ordering and dealing with suppliers
- A real problem solver
- Fluent and articulate English communication skills, written and verbal
