Float are a forecasting and management software company that began in Australia in early 2020. Originating in the UK, they raised $3 million to set up shop in Oz in order to take over a huge new APAC market opportunity.
Their software is designed to link up with their customers existing accounting software with the goals of helping SMB's manage their financial forecasts in a simple and convenient way.
Most small businesses fail because of inadequate cash flow. Float enables its users to become more aware of their financial situations and gives them the ability to make more informed decisions in order to not only stay afloat, but thrive.
What are they looking for...
Right now, Float are looking to add a customer support/success manager to their Australian team. The role is totally based upon providing unrivalled customer support to both new and exisiting customers. You will need to build strong relationships and enjoy working closely with customers with onboarding and training of using the Float and ultimately providing a fantastic experience that leaves customers happy and encouraged to keep using the service.
Who may be a good fit?
This role will suit someone that is looking to work in an early stage start up where your ideas and opinions can be heard. You are someone that has fantastic communication skills and loves helping customers with troubleshooting or any queries no matter how big or small. You will be proactive on behalf of your colleagues and customers and have the type of mindset that never thinks you are the finished article and is always hungry to learn and develop. You may be a recent grad looking to step into the software world, or you may be a parent returning to work after an extended break. It really is all about your attitude towards work and focus to get the job done.

Salary for the role is $65k plus Super
