Customer Success Manager
Our client builds messaging software that helps business with acquisition, to engagement, and support. Their software is used by my more than 25,000 business globally and are dynamically changing the landscape for tech companies.
This is a great opportunity to get in early with our client as they grow rapidly within the APAC market. You'd be assisting and maintaining existing accounts in a technical capacity through onboarding and implementation. It is a great opportunity to grow with the business and be a part of something big whilst providing support to your professional development.
- Manage a portfolio of clients to grow help with onboarding and implementation
- Work in conjunction with the supporting teams of the business to deliver exceptional service
- Assist with the R&D team
- Instrumental in determining the direction of the CSM team moving forward
- 4+ years in a CSM role
- SaaS experience desirable
- Have worked with multiple verticals within the business
- Strong communicator and relationship driven
- Coachable and willing learner who is passionate about the product
