The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Success professional to be their first hire in CSM and cross-sell to existing clients. With 350+ existing accounts to work with + additional acquisitions daily, it's a great opportunity to develop yourself as a Customer Success Manager.

Responsibilities
- Increase revenue of existing accounts
- Attend meetings and presentations
- Maintain the CRM accordingly
- Cross-sell the product and additional
About You
- Passionate about the Startup community
- Understanding of trends in the tech & digital space
- Network within Hospitality ideal
- Experience in a Customer Success OR Account Manager role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
