The Role
- Cross-selling to existing client base
- Churn prevention
- Engaging with partners
- Collecting and managing feedback from clients & customers
- Reporting and tracking of partners clients
- Implementing internal processes to get the most efficiency out of the team

About You
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred
- Previous experience in a Customer Success position or Account Manager position
- Technically sound
- Have worked against KPIs in churn prevention & cross-selling
