Sydney CBD based 3 year old Australian start up, this company provides a software that allows property developers and builders to manage projects from idea, through execution and to handover and beyond.
The business model is successful having had billions in projects through the platform and significant numbers of users.
A true customer success position. The sales guys sign the customers up. YOUR JOB is to make sure the clients are onboarded and trained correctly.
You'll be tasked with completing web based (and some onsite) training sessions, high touch customer service, education and account management. Your job is to make sure that clients know how to use your product and are given unparalleled customer support.
You'll be organised as at any one time you'll be looking after between 30-100 accounts.

Base salary for this role is up to $70k + super. As this is NOT a sales role there is no commission associated with this role.
- Experienced with clients over the phone and ideally have used web based screen sharing software
