The Role

As a sales and service agent your primary focus will be to make calls to customers from INBOUND leads who have expressed an interest in various personal insurance services. You will make a high volume of calls to educate customers about these products and ultimately select the best options for them. You will be an expert in your field and be able to answer any questions your customers may have about your products.

About You

  • 1 years previous experience in a similar phone-based contact centre role.
  • Insurance experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
  • Fluent and articulate English communication skills
  • Upbeat and enthusiastic approach
  • Must be available to Start immediately
  • Must be an Australian permanent resident or Citizen
