Customer Retention Consultant

The Role

  • Determining target clients
  • Customer & client onboarding is executed, for example app downloads, submission, frequency etc
  • Engaging with partners
  • Collecting and managing feedback from clients & customers
  • Reporting and tracking of partners clients
  • Implementing internal processes to get the most efficiency out of the team

About You

  • Personable and curious
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a Customer Success position
  • Technically sound & understand data
