Job Description

An exciting role waits for someone who has experience in a client services role to join a global industry leader in eCommerce personalisation.
You you will develop and drive marketing strategies and recommendations for many of the fastest growing and largest brands in the world.
They are now looking to expand its Sydney team to accommodate a rapidly growing customer base and will provide you an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the ‘hot ticket' Martech industry.
In terms of the role: you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of current accounts across their Australia and APAC client base. You will Work closely with the Director of Client Services to manage the renewal process as well as identifying growth opportunities within your portfolio.
We are looking for candidates who make it their ambition and objective to always provide and deliver ultra-service to your customer base and ideally you will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and marketing technology.
