As Client Manager, your main goal is to be responsible for managing the operational needs of a portfolio of clients, building a strong rapport and developing long-term relationships with them.
You will help execute the operational needs of their client portfolio, also providing performance analysis to them on an ongoing basis. In addition, you will work closely with a Commercial Account Director. You will be able to identify opportunities for new campaigns with clients and provide the platform for the Client Director to present new commercial opportunities once identified
- Successfully onboard new clients to the platform.
- Successfully manage their portfolios’ production ticket pipeline for both new and renewing business.
- Manage and be the main contact for your client portfolio.
- Provides regular training and support for your clients on the management of their profiles in the platform
- Provide support and operational efficiency for their Client Director.
- Develops renewal and campaign reports for client portfolios.
- Brief the Advertising Co-ordinator on client ad schedules
- Develops post campaign analysis reports.
- Field client enquiries and manage these enquiries
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions loaded into HubSpot
- Manage projects for your clients with efficiency and collaboration working with your team and the wider business to a professional standard.
