This well known travel Insurance business are looking for an experienced claims professional to head up their brand new team headquartered in Sydney, the business prides itself on delivering an excellent customer experience and allowing a wide range of customers to take full advantage of their services and support network.
As the claims team manager, the core purposes of your role are to manage the operation of the claims team. You will provide support for your senior and junior claims consultants and work closely with them in order to provide the best customer experience possible. This is a very high-pressured role that requires continuous process improvement and a hunger to build the best claims team in Australia! Reporting directly into the COO, you will know how to interpret numbers and present them to the board of directors.

- 5 years previous experience in an insurance claims management role
- 1 + years in managing a team of 5 or more people
- Expert knowledge in in underwriting and claims
- Have first class English communication skills.
