This global travel Insurance business are looking to expand their claims team with an experienced claims officer who is looking to take a professioanl step up in more of a leadership role. As a claims leader / 2IC, the core purposes of your role are to manage customers who are making claims on their travel insurance policy. You will conduct this by answering phone, email and other online enquiries. You will then manage the claim from start to finish. This is a very high-pressured role that requires an immaculate attention to detail and has a lot of moving parts to deal with all at the same time. You will use your first-class organisational skills in order to manage this efficiently. Additionally as part of the leadership side to the role, you will give support to the more junior claims officers and assist on more complex claims. The idea of this role is to develop into a full time team leader in the near future.

Salary on offer: $67k + Super + Bonus (Total package of up to $80k)
- 3 + years previous experience in insurance claims
- Travel Insurance experience a huge advantage
- Have first class English communication skills.
