As a B2B account executive your primary focus will be to drive new business by opening dialogue with prospects yourself, as well as closing leads provided to you by your team of sales development reps. Your calls to prospective clients regarding the organisations specialist HR technology will educate them about the platform and discovering how it can benefit their business. Ultimately you will be closing sales opportunities upon concluding web demonstrations. You will be an expert in your field and be able to answer any questions your customers may have about your services.

Salary on offer: $70k-$90k base + Super + Bonuses (Realistic year 1 OTE $150K - $200k+)
90% of the team achieved at least $150k last year.
- At least 2+ years previous sales experience in a similar phone-based b2b sales closing role.
- Hunger to develop and close new business opportunities
- Fluent and articulate English communication skills
- Upbeat and enthusiastic approach
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
