But you want to know what it's like to actually work there? The office is based in Sydney CBD. They produce great content with some well known winners. More importantly, the sales team is known for 2 things: hitting budgets and having a good time.
The role
You'll be a new business account manager, reporting into one of the Sales Managers. Targeting direct clients or working with independent agencies, you'll be selling innovative solutions with digital and radio audiences in mind.
You'll need a minimum of 2 years in a sales capacity, with the above experience highly rated. Yes… great communication skills are essential, you'll need to know how to respond to briefs, and you'll need to know what competitors are doing.
You'll be given as much- or as little- support as you need to hit your budgets. With world class training and development, you'll be encouraged to grow professionally and personally.
You'll also need to be hungry for success! This is a sales role where your new business skills will shine. You'll be very comfortable over the phone and will thrive presenting to groups of people.
While there is a lot of love going around, you'll be paid in money- cold hard AUD. This will be commensurate with experience- bottom of the scale is $70k base for a junior, with the base rising according with your experience. The commission scheme is very rewarding- a clear standout that rewards high performers.
