- Close on leads passed on to you by the lead gen team
- Provide demonstrations for the relevant decision makers through face to face meetings or webinars
- Negotiate the sales cycle and close on potential sales
- Develop presentations & proposals
- 2-4 years in Sales (HR/SaaS/Recruitment background preferable)
- Proven track record in a sales environment achieving success
- Outbound 'hunter' mentality & hunger to grow with the business
- Highly competitive earning potential
