BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

THE ROLE

  • Close on leads passed on to you by the lead gen team
  • Provide demonstrations for the relevant decision makers through face to face meetings or webinars
  • Negotiate the sales cycle and close on potential sales
  • Develop presentations & proposals

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years in Sales (HR/SaaS/Recruitment background preferable)
  • Proven track record in a sales environment achieving success
  • Outbound 'hunter' mentality & hunger to grow with the business
