As a B2B sales development representative your primary focus will be to follow up on inbound leads and make calls to prospective clients regarding the organisations specialist HR technology. You will make a high volume of calls to educate clients about these services and the benefits their business will reap. Ultimately you will be discovering sales opportunities and setting up web demonstrations for your partnered Account Executives. You will be an expert in your field and be able to answer any questions your customers may have about your services.

Salary on offer: $55-$65k base + Super + Bonuses (Realistic year 1 OTE $110K+)
- At least 1+ years previous sales experience in a similar phone-based sales role.

- Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
