This growing Australian Software and Digital marketing provider are expanding their team of Digital Account Managers. The company prides itself on providing SMB's with the tools and knowledge in order to increase their online presence and simply making online easy. This way they can free up their own time to get on with the day to day running of the business as well as generating more inbound leads.
As an B2B Account Manager your primary focus will be to make contact with. customers who have been with the business for 12 + months. You will make WARM outbound calls to existing clients in regards to the current services they are using. There is NO COLD CALLING. Whilst retaining your clients services, you will also look for opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to grow the account. You will also look for referrals for further sales opportunities. Ultimately you will be unlocking opportunities to increase average client spend. You will be an expert in your field and be able to answer any questions your customers may have about your services.

Salary on offer - $60k-$70k + Super + Bonuses (Realistic OTE of $80k-$100k)
- At least 1+ years previous experience in a SaaS AM or phone-based software sales role.

- Upbeat and enthusiastic approach
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
