- Determining target clients
- Customer & client onboarding is executed, for example app downloads, submission, frequency etc
- Engaging with partners
- Collecting and managing feedback from clients & customers
- Reporting and tracking of partners clients
- Implementing internal processes to get the most efficiency out of the team
