I do my best work with clients when… we have an open and transparent conversation about how we are going to work together to get the best results possible. We agree on the service levels that are expected and the level of availability we can connect with one another. Constant and consistent communication is key. 
 
Candidates get the best out of me when…we really dig deep into their current situation when it comes to work, what other interview processes they are in, what are they interested in, and what they would like to achieve. Again being fully transparent so there are no surprises for me or for them or the clients we are working with. 
 
What would I change about the recruitment industry…
 
It’s an easy one for me. Get rid of the BS that can come from everyone involved. When working with people they often tell you what they think you want to hear, even if its BS. Whether that’s a recruiter telling you they have the perfect job for you (they don’t know that yet), or whether it’s a recruiter telling the client they have the perfect candidate (they don’t know yet). Also I’d love for people outside of the industry to see the pivotal role working with a recruitment agency has on building a business. People are what make a business and that’s what we do every day. 
 
 
What recruitment without the BS means to me…
 
Open, honest and transparent communication from candidates, clients and recruiters at all times.
